Amanda Havel is an appraisal professional with a strong foundation in appraisal and art market studies. Her career spans roles in leading galleries and auction houses, including Christie’s, Marlborough Gallery, and MME Fine Art, where she gained hands-on experience in appraisals, art fairs, private showings, and collections management. With expertise in both the business and curatorial sides of the art world, Amanda combines her academic training with practical knowledge to deliver credible valuations and thoughtful guidance.

Amanda holds a Master’s degree in the History of the Art Market: Modern & Contemporary Art from Christie’s Education, along with a Certificate in Personal Property Appraising from NYU SCPS, where she trained in USPAP-compliant standards. Amanda also earned her B.A. in Art History from the University of South Carolina.
